Safi Alselemi has significant experience assisting local and foreign companies. He advises a number of major corporations on compliance with foreign investment, corporate, commercial and labor laws in Saudi Arabia. Prior to founding the Firm, Safi worked at several law firms where he led a team of lawyers in the legal development of a newly regulated sector. He also assisted several government entities with their internal bylaws, including investement, financial and adminstrative bylaws. He advised a government owned company on a PPP project worth more than SAR 500 million. He also advised on several litigation cases representing local and international companies, as well as advising government entities on the settlement of several multi-million disputes.
